How do I know when my loved one needs care beyond what I can provide?
Family circumstances can unexpectedly change. Caregivers may find they have to relocate or are unable to spend as much time providing care to their loved one, or they may feel that their loved one's condition has changed to the point where they need additional care. Signs to look for include an inability to keep up with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and preparing meals. Our hospice case managers are happy to talk with you about your individual circumstances to help you determine if the time is right for home care.
How will I be involved in home care for my loved one?
As family members are often closely involved in the care of our patients, all of our programs include training in procedures and techniques to help your loved one recover or manage their disease.
